Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I have been married for 5 years and for the past 6 months have been trying to work things out. My husband said 6 months ago that if things didn't work out , that he would leave willingly. Now he refuses to leave the house.Two questions, first the house is in my name only, how can I legally get husband out, second, I bought the home right after we were married, does my husband have any legal claim to the house since he isn't on the deed to the house, mortgage, etc?

1. A proceeding to give possession solely to you is needed.

2. A court order declaring each partes rights to the home is necesary.
