Seperation

Iwas told that Florida does not have legal seperation from marriage only divorce-is that correct?

Yes, but the parties can agree to separation by written agreeement.

It's incorrect. Florida DOES have legal separation. Most people, even a lot of lawyers, think Florida does not have separation. In Florida, separation exists, it's just called "action for separate maintenance."
