seperation/divorce

my husband's girlfriend told me that we are legally seperated and that our divorce will be final this week but i never seen any paperwork on it nor did i sign anything is that legal?

It is if your husband didn't know where you were, served you by publication, and you didn't answer the petition. However, since his girlfriend is able to talk to you, I'm guessing your husband knows exactly where you are. In this case, the answer is "no." He either commit fraud on the court by stating that he did not know your whereabouts. Or, his girlfriend is wrong about the divorce action all together.
