Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
We have been seprated for four years now and the 3 children lived with me. well he ask if the boys could stay with him for the school year and i let them but i told him that there were guidelines like they needed to come to my house every weekend ect. well he continues to break verbal agreements, so i want the boys to move back and i am not sure what my rights are. i would love a divorce but can�t afford it, so what do i do. i have been very nice even when i shouldnt cause the kids come first but he is going to far when it comes to keeping me away from them. he just wanted then so he didnt have to pay support. thanks

I suggest you file a petition for an order granting custody, child support and visitaiton. This can be handled through the general master's office at the court house. Stop by and pick up the forms and file the action.
