How can I serve a child pick order in another state it was signed by a judge in Florida but the kids are in Mississippi do I have to do it in Mississippi

Assuming the Florida court still has jurisdiction over the children, and the Mississippi court does not have jurisdiction, then the Florida order is valid. You should contact the civil process folks at the Mississippi county sheriff's office to arrange for service of the order, fees, etc).

Call the Sheriff's dept in the county where the children are. They will take it from there.

You have to get a certified copy of the FL order then have it enforced by law enforcement in Mississippi.
