Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i was served my divorce papers wedsday.I went over it and dont agree with the custody and a few asets.I have 20 days to responde.There is no place on the forms that say i disagree.I dont want to sign it.My soon to be x says after i sign it we can go to mediation.Please help

Frankly, you need to prepare an Answer and decide whether you want to file a Counter-Petition for Dissolution of Marriage. You need to determine what items you agree with and disagree with as well.
