Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If someone was served a subpoena to appear for a deposition and the original date was cancelled, does that person need to be served again in the State of Florida? It's been over 60 days since being served.

Unless a judge orders otherwise or you agree otherwise, you have to be served with a new subpoena.
