I served my ex with a TPO on 1-4-13. he filed a counter claim with an attorney right sfter? what does this mean and do I need a lawyer now?

I agree with Mr. Slater. However, it would also depend on how well versed you are in your rights. If I can be of assistance, please contact my office for an appointment.
