serving of divorce papers
After all is settled with the attorney and the divorce paperwork is going to be filed with the court system, how long after that, will the spouse be served?

Depends on how it is being served.
If it is served by a civil deputy, it will be when that person goes out and finds the spouse. Both work and home helps. It can also be served by just telling the spouse to go to the Courthouse/Sheriff's Civil Division and accept service that way.
Can be served by a person over 18 who will submit to the Clerk of Court an affidavit of service/return.
