Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am currently serving in the United States Army stationed in Fort Hood, TX. My wife and have been married for going on 4 years. I was originally stationed at Fort Drum, NY back in July 2007. The entire we have been married she has stayed in Florida, for really no reason except for she doesnt want to leave FL. We an almost 3 year old son whom Ive seen a total of 88 days of his life due to my deployments, not many opprotunities to go home, after my wifes choice to never visit me. We are now planning to get a divorce. Will I have to pay her alimony? And, I would also be silly to try to get custody because of the fact that I'm in the Army, but, as an Active Duty Military service member, is there anything in FL that protects me from anything? My son will continue to stay under my health insurance because he has Cystic Fibrosis, and the health care is outstanding. Thank you for your help.

you have not been married long enough for her to get alimony much less even ask for it since you have been deployed most of the time. I have to assume you have been paying her something while on your deployments. YOu will have to pay child support.
