settlement adjustment??

My divorce was finalized a few months ago. I was just laid off from work(corporate downsizing). Is it possible to ask for the terms of the marriage settlement to be adjusted? I agreed to pay part of her car payment and a little extra each month to help with the mortgage til our house is sold. I agreed to these due to the amount of money I was making. NowI am not sure what i am going to be able to find. I secured a part time job but it pays about a third of my previous salary. I just can not afford what I then agreed to pay. I am in the process of filing to adjust the child support and posssibly the visitation schedule. Im just not sure what I can change and what I cannot.

You can seek a modification of everything if the circumstances warrant it, the court may not grant any relief, but you can still ask.
