settlement agreement

i am already divorced since october 2007. my ex husband has defaulted on the settlement agreement. he was supposed to pay for the property taxes on my home, (due in April), insurance on the house as well as the mortgage payments. he is behind (2) months and the house is about to go into foreclosure
