Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

According to my settlemnt agreement an amount went to child support and amount went to child care

or after-school care. The past 4 years my daughter has gone home from school and has not needed this amount to sustain her care. Can I have the past amounts be credited to me and can i also get a reduction of that amount making my child support lower. My settle agreement is stated that i will continue this amount until my daughter reaches 18 years old, at present she is 16..also the support will continue an additional year if she stays home and goes to school. Also can I do the following (pro se) Thank You in advance. KMK.

You will have to apply to the court for such relief. I doubt the court will let you have a back credit at this stage.
