Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a shared custody agreement with my ex, whom is a multi millionaire and never had strong enough attorney to get his financials. The shared, or 50/50 never happens and I have our son mostly because he wants to stay with me. The father has a full time nanny who cares for him when it is his day. I want to know what to do and if we can amend the MSA.

You need a "strong" attorney on your side. If there has been a "change of circumstances" you have a right to request a modification of the Final Judgment.
