Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have shared custody but his father has not picked him up in 2 months I am having trouble getting him to sign a passport and approving vacations any way to get that taken away

The Court is not going to take away the father's shared parental responsibility because he's uncooperative in signing a passport. File a motion to compel (the father to sign the passport) as soon as possible.

You have to file a motion with the court to issue a passport.
