Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have shared custody of our 2 minor children (I have them 7 days, she has them 7 days). Can she take them out of state without my permission? She wants to take a trip to Montana with her new boyfriend and take them and I don't think it is in the kids best interest. We both love in Seminole County.

As long as your settlement agreement, judgement, or some other court order doesn't forbid it, she can take the kids out of state. If you have a very specific reason why she shouldn't be taking them out of state (something like: her new boyfriend is a convicted child molester), you could file a motion to prevent it.
