My ex and I have a shared custody, can I move out of state?

Look at your Final Judgment from the divorce case. See if it addressed relocating out of State. If not, then you need to either get the Court's permission (Supp. Petition For Modification), or your ex's permission done in accordance with the applicable statute. I suggest you goggle Florida Statute 61.13001.
