Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello, My ex and I have shared custody. I have ultimate decision for education, health, discipline. Per newest court order, our son's passport must be kept in a safety deposit box to which we both have access. International travel is unrestricted during our respective time shares (with notice to other parent). The ex took the passport out of the safety deposit box in March (to travel with the child) but failed to return it. I have sent several emails and asked for the passport to be returned. The ex refuses. Traditionally, the ex uses possession of the passport to extort money from me that I allegedly owe. I have filed a motion for contempt but the earliest court date is end of July. I have booked a flight to Europe with my son in June. So that's not going to work. What motion do I have to file to retrieve the passport immediately? I don't know if this is enough for an emergency motion. Or is this an emergency because I stand to lose several thousand dollars if we cannot travel. Any other motion I can file? Temporary injunction of some kind? ( Further info: the ex was found in contempt for the same passport issue last year). Thanks for any help.
