Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi, I have a shared custody for my 8-year old daughter and the agreement says that I need to live within the county limits, but I want to move to a noter county 1.5 hours away for a better quality of life. What Should I do?

File a Petition to relocate - set hearing and serve the other party.
