Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been trying to get a shared parenting plan with my child's mother. She refuses. She recently filed a petition for child support with the Department of Revenue. I filed a Petition to Establish Paternity and related relief. How do I get the case to be heard by one judge?

I believe you have to estabish your paternity first with the Dept of Revenue - once that has been accomplished then you can file your case for visitation, child custody and child support.
