we sigined settlement agreement.my ex husbabnd attorney made a mistake in the agreement.
we hat meedings court now who pays for it?????????????

You both should have reviewed the settlement agreement carefully. If there's an amendment that needs to be made, you can request the attorney correct the error. If it was his fault in making the error, then you can argue that your husband should be responsible for the cost of correction.
