Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If you sign annulment papers, and 18 years later get married, and find after 2 years of your new marriage that the annulment papers were never filed, and get a divorce from the first husband, are you legally married to the second husband?

If you weren't divorced from your first husband (or your marriage wasn't annulled) when you married your second husband, then you aren't married to your "second husband."
If you don't want to stay with the "second husband," and if you have property or debt to divide, you can get an annulment from the "second husband." Otherwise, you can just walk away from the "second marriage."
If you want to be married to the "second husband," you'll have to go get a license and have a new wedding ceremony, even if it's a little one with just a notary performing the ceremony.
