Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If I sign consent forms for my children to get passports, would that also be consenting for the mother of my children to move them out of state? We are no longer together and do not have a custody agreement. Currently reside in the state of Florida.

No. You would only be consenting to the passport issuance. But just to be sure, you should have an attorney draft up a parenting plan which specifies all your respective rights and obligations before you sign for the passport.
