Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am about to sign a financial agreement that includes a lump sum alimony and child support agreement and I was wondering if I am protected when it comes to cohabitation vs supported cohabitation and if my husband can get out of paying if I am dating someone and not living with them and what is the exact meaning of cohabitation.

Cohabitation means exactly what you think it means. You have to be living in the same residence to co habitat.
