If I were to sign away my parental rights am I still obligated to pay child support?

Usually you can't just "sign away your rights." In order for you to sign away your rights, the other parent would have to be married, and that parent's spouse would have to agree to adopt the child. In that type of the situation, you would typically not be responsible for future support of the child. However, you would likely still be responsible for any back support.
