One Signature Divorce

back in 1993 I got married, it lasted for 2 months. we have no kids and no property together, since we split up I haven't seen him in 8years, and cannot locate him. I need to get a divorce so I can go on with my life. Or maybe found out that he has already divoreced me eaither way, I need some advice. Thanks
