Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I signed over temporary cutody of our daughter to her father 6 years ago because she wanted to live with him. Since then she has wanted to come back with me but he wouldnt let her. Finally about 5 months ago her let her come back to me. I now want legal custody back of our daughter. She is 14 years old now, and this is also what she wants. How do I go about this?
