Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i am single mother of 2.one of my kids fathers is on childsupport.(which he never rearly pays.)if i want to relocate to up north do i need a motion to relocate?nothing was every spoken about cusody. i have full cusody of my kid. his dad is non-cusdoial parent."they say i have to write a certified letter stating where we are moving to,how and when the father will see the child, and how he will travel for the visits?"what happens if i just go back up north WITH MY KIDS?will i be in trouble by the florida law?my kid has always been with me.what is the worse thing that can happen to me?i need to get out of florida i cannot afford it anymore and my family and job is up north can we go? WHAT IS THE PROPER WAY TO DO THIS MOVE WITHOUT ME GOING TO JAIL?

YOu need to get an order from the court allowing you to leave. Since you have family and a job in the area waiting for you, the Judge will more than likely allow this. It is not that complicated and so much better for your child and you to not be looking over your shoulder for possible contempt of court and loss of custody - which could happen.
