i am a single teenage mother, before i knew i was pregnant, i moved away from my boyfriend to my mothers house due to housing issuses with my father. Now my childs father doesn't want anything to do with me or the baby, also states she is not his. Can i still make him pay childsupport even though i no longer live within the same state as i concived? I am 17 years old now, and my baby's daddy will be 21 in January, I lived in Tennessee when I got pregnant, and I found out in the state of Florida where I live now.

First, check with the Child Support Enforcement Division of the Florida Department of Revenue to see if you qualify to have them get child support from him for you. If not, you'll have to ask a Tennessee lawyer what you can do. You can't directly sue him in Florida for paternity or child support.
