Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am a single woman never married. i have a child with my ex. my question is what percentage of the child custody do i have? we have not filed for paternity/custody of child.
question two, if i move out of state for job reasons are there any consequences, can the law make me come back if my ex files for custody/paternity after i have moved.

The two parents will have to decide how much timeshare each of you will have. If you can't work it out, the judge will have to decide.
Florida law doesn't permit you to move out of state without permission of the father or the judge. The judge can order the child back.
