yes sir: my 11 yeear old greatgrandson want to know if he can divorce his mother? his father has left him when he was 3 years old . and we don!t know were he is? but he wants to live with his grand parents, he lives in tampa fl. any help on telling how old he has to be? thanks

In Florida, "divorcing" your parents actually requires parental permission. Moreover, an 11-year-old is too young to be emancipated.
