Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Sirs:

I have a question about health insurance. My ex gave me permission to move out of state with our son. Our MSA said he is to keep medical ins on son.The ins he has covers only ER in the state that we live in. I don't have a job,put in lots of apps no one hiring. I am 52. Do I need an attorney to help me force my ex to cover my son in the state where we reside? I know of other people who have BCBS

of different states and they are covered here. Do different BCBS ins. have different rules about out of state coverage for minors? Thank you for your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You check the terms specifically relating to health insurance in the MSA. Sometimes, one party shall provide health insurance "so long as reasonably available through employer" is the minimal obligation for health insurance coverage. Whether or not you would need legal representation to pursue health insurance coverage for your son is entirely up to you. As you know, attorneys are almost always necessary to seek legal relief in the court system.
