Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My sister and I both have an alcoholic mother who has in the past and I believe still is emotionally abusive. I moved out of the house when I went to college but my sister is still stuck there. What legal rights do I have to get custody away from my mother? She has just recently received a DUI and is currently not a citizen. I am 19 and my sister is 15.

None, unless you can convince the state that your sister is at risk. Contact DCF, but she may end up in foster care.
