Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My sister is in Florida and has just separated from her husband of 12 years. It is not going well. While he was at his "girlfriend's" she cleaned out everything that was in the home. And here, I am not trying to be a candidate for Jerry Springer, but I feel like she is. She destroyed his clothes with motor oil and vegetable oil. She took the title to his boat and his car and shredded them in the shredder. She then did something to the motor of the boat which will disable it to run. she took a 2003 truck with her that he says she can have, but there is no title in her name. Everything is in his name. She then proceeded to unplug every utility in the house and this includes the refrigerator and freezer knowing that he would not be home for approximately 3 days. I can't believe that she has done this. I might add that her husband is 58 and his girlfriend is 70, which was the breaking point for my sister. I do not condone anything that she has done, but she is presently staying in Ocala with her son and his wife and then is going to move to Ohio to live with her daughter and her husband for a while and then she plans on moving to Kentucky and live permanently with my sister. My sister is 54 years old and wasn't raised like this. I think she needs to stay in town and get a lawyer before she leaves to go anywhere. Unfortunately we are not close and I doubt that she would take any advice from me. Plus, she would just say that since she doesn't have a job, she has no money for a lawyer. Her husband additionally has been laid off over a year and a half with sporadic work in between that time. Any suggestions you can give would be appreciated.
