Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My sister needs a probono lawyer to assist her in getting her son back, she hasn't lost custody. He's almost 2 years old, there hasn't been any custody agreement set. The father of her child will not return her son to her or let him stay with her at all. His parents have money and a lawyer, she lives at home with my mother and goes to school. Whats the best thing for her to do in order to get her son back? The father is awaiting a court date for four 3rd degree felony charges but again since his family got him a good lawyer nothing is happening. what can she do?

Go over and get your son. He has no custody papers and you have are the birth mother.
