Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My former sister-in-law is a family law attorney. She testified under oath at my divorce hearing that she was not helping her sister in any way, shape, or form other then that of a supportive sister. I have recently received proof that she was writing the motions and petitions, sending them to my ex-wifes attorney and instructing her to simply sign them. What ethics code does this violate in Florida? What would implications be to my final judgment and that attorneys license? Both the retained and related attorneys?

Your final judgment wll not be affected. You should report the sister in law to the Florida Bar. They take lying under oath very seriously -- especially when you are lying to the court.
