Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My sister's husband is trying to kick my sister out of their rental property in orlando, florida and expects her to leave without the children. He told her he bought her a bus ticket for tomorrow and that he will be taking the kids to the fair after they drop her off at the bus stop. Can he legally do this, or is this a type of spousal abuse and also bordering child abuse as the children are bawling and freaking out about their mother leaving.

She does not have to leave. If he locks her out she can call the police. If he threatens violence or aggression she can seek an injunction and then he will have to leave. Support and time sharing can be determined at the injunction hearing.
Advise her to seek a consultation with an attorney. It may be necessary for her to file for divorce or a declaratory judgment regarding the children and support without the need for a dissolution of the marriage.
