Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My sister's rights were involuntarily terminated on both of her children. She just had her tubes untied to have more kids to be able to get on public assistance. Still in the same situation that made her lose them in the first place. Same guy, homeless, drugs, alcohol and domestic violence. Will my family have to go through to same long process with DFCS the second time around or will they allow us to get the children out of harms way right away before any damage is done.

DCF will almost certainly get involved again, yes.

Cannot answer this question. Too many variables. You need to speak with an attorney and have all information available, or discuss with DCF Rep.

I would contact the DCF Rep that you spoke/worked with before and let them know what your sister is up to. More than likely they will intervene if they are made aware of any births.
