Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My situation is stretched beyond just one question but the question I have at this very moment is ...can my fianc�'s ex-wife make it so that I can not be around their kids just because she got mad that I told them she brain washes them?
(She really does brain wash them its ridiculous. There is a lot more to this though, she is an awful person & even worse mother but there has been little we can do about it, dcf has been called on her & they never do anything, she is very sneaky & manipulative.)

If she can convince the court you are or fiance are trying alienate the kids against her. Or she can argue that you harmful. If you are truly concerned for the children's welfare you mentioned previously that DCF has been involved then you should encourage your fiance to speak to an attorney.
