Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We are not sure what to do in this situation. My Uncle is supposed to be taking care of my grandmother. He has been taking her money and gambling with it (we have evidence of this). We also think he maybe halving her medicine and using the other half for himself. Now she hasn't got much longer to live she has cancer, her doctor also has gotten hospice to come out to see her the only thing is when they do it is on my Uncle's terms and he has told them bad stories that are untrue about our family to make himself look good in their eyes. Their are eight living sons and daughters (plus spouses and grandchildren) this is including my for mentioned Uncle that my grandma has. My grandmother herself is having problems with her short term memory plus the added benefit of being manipulated by my Uncle and his live in lover.

I suggest you petition the court for guardianship and let him know what you plan to do. Tell him he needs t leave. Place your grandmother in a nursing home with round the clock care.
