Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm sixteen and live with my mother in FL. My dad lives in WA. If I choose to live in WA with my uncle, and my mom gives me permission, is this legal? I don't want to live with my dad and neither me or my mom thinks that he should have a say in where I live, considering my uncle I want to live with is on my moms side.

Your father is your father and, unless the court says otherwise, of course he has a "say" in the matter.
