Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What happens if a social investigator assigned to a paternity case ends up filing a noncompliance notice w/ the court because the parent who requested it and was ordered to pay for it cannot afford it? Can the other parent request a court date at that time?

If it is not paid for the court will impose sanctions, ultimately if it is not paid for the court will proceed to do the trial without the report. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
