Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Sole Custody

I have joint custody of my 8 year old. My ex-husband had been living in and out of Florida for 4 years and recently permanently relocated to Atlanta, GA with his new family. He was not paying child support for 3 years and a little over a year ago I got an income deduction order. My question is this, he makes all decisions regarding my son a battle do I have a chance at getting sole custody based on his move out of state and prior ''bad'' attendence and child support record?

Yes, you do have a chance but I would classify them as "slim and none". The grounds you stated are not grounds that most courts would find proper to take away his rights as a father.
