Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son adopted his sisters son when he was 4 years old.. Now after 5 years my son decided that he could not live with him and his family due to deep emotional problems the child is having. I currently have legal gaurdinship through the navy of this child. My son pays insurance and counseling fees. I pay all co-pays. My question is, am I entiltled to recieve child support?

My son is a commander in the navy and will soon retire after 20 years of active duty.

I have asked my son for support but he tells me he can"t afford to pay anything, that times are tough, well yeah I can agree with that on my end too.

Any guidance you can give will be greatly apprecitated
