Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my son came back from visiting his dad and told me disturbing information. he told me that his dad is living and dating his dad's wife. so my sosn dad is shacking up with his step mom.also my son told me his dad makes him sleep on the floor bc his dad said theres not enough room for him on the bed.and my son said he doesnt like seeing his daddy to yucky stuf infront of him when hes trying going to bed.lastly my son told me his dad makes him feel bad about not iving there.ex- he cant feed the dog bc he doesnt live there and his dad will not buy food for him bc he doesnt live there...i need help...can i take him to court.and i aloud to keep my son from going over there.

Yes take him to court. what type of papers do you have in effect now. File for a Modification of Visitation if that is the case and ask for supervised visits. Ask the court to appoint a Guardian ad litem for your son.
