Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Son born in 2008. Court order in place for visits and support. In May 2011 his dad and I married. During that time he paid no child support. Last week we split...have not filed for divorce but I want to know if the order still stands and if I can get back support.

I doubt the judge will enforce the child support Order for the time you were residing together during the marriage. You best option is simply to file for divorce, but wait until you are certain the marriage is over.
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a �do over� if things go badly.
