Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have a son that is 10 now and i been broken up with the mother non married, for about 8 years, and she tried to serve me with child support with the dept of revenue, and the serve was sent back non--delievered (not) and it was sent back to court and then there was a hearing and it was closed, the case been closed since 2005.
My question is why does it say in the case judge reassigned like every 2 or 3 years?
it says closed case but then judge reassigned.
does that mean they are keeping it closed until they serve me and then open it back up again?
i would lke some advice cause i dont even know if im the father or not she was a very unfaithful girlfriend.
please give advice
thanks

Each time you file taxes, the IRS has the opportunity to try and serve you again. Before it gets to that point, file a suit for paternity and see if this child is yours, then if so, ask for custody and child support from the mother.
