Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my son charged a lot on one of my credit cards (using it with my permission), i bought him a car, and co signed on a sallie mae student loan - he is not paying the payments for any of these - he is in kansas and i am in florida - is there anything i can do -

No, not much you can do. You can just get the collection notices from the lender(s), and hope he can make good on the loan soon.

I and my dad hear your plight. Nothing we can do either.
