Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my son is in conyers ga defacs.and im in wpb fl. what do i need to do 1st to get legal y custody of him. they say in need to legitimize him and gain legal custody possibly thru a legal assistance lawyer that can help me without charging me up front as im not working now. any advice

You'll have to talk to a Georgia lawyer. If your son has been in Georgia for at least six months, you'll have to file in Georgia.
