Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My son is divorced and has 40% custody of his 3 sons, ages 14, 15 and 18 who all have cell phones.. The ex-wife has blocked the kids from receiving calls from their dad as well as their grandparents, even tho there was no reason to warrant that. My son cannot afford a landline and when the kids are at his home, he has no way to contact them. Is her blocking the phone number legal

It depends on the divorce decree, but I doubt it.

I am sure the decree stated to keep communication open with the children. I find it hard to believe that an 18 year old has a problem with numbers being blocked. He is old enough to call his dad and should be as well as the other two. They are no longer babies and have a say and can have a say in court.
